Review: Barry M Gelly Polish Greenberry GNP12

Back with another nail polish review today; Barry M Gelly Polish Greenberry GNP12. I’m a huge fan of the Barry M Gelly polishes and have quite a collection now. I have been looking for a mint green almost ‘Tiffany’ shade for a while to do a nail art look with and this is almost perfect!

I’m not going to harp on about how wonderful these nail varnishes are. I have reviewed a fair few now (All Barry M Gelly Polish reviews here). They are amazing nail varnishes with a high shine, gloss finish which is very similar to a UV Top coat finish.

I also find they last amazingly well on the nails without a top coat. I usually get a good 3-5 days without chipping.

I think my only qualm with them would be their drying time. Being so thick (And I also like to apply 2 coats with mine), you need to give them plenty of drying time. I usually find 10 minutes. However, once they are dry I don’t find they smudge or mark that easily.

The mint green shade of Greenberry is part of the new collection colours released for this Spring. It is a true Spring colour. Bright, vibrant and mint shaded. It does border slightly on turquoise and isn’t as muted as the other Spring colours I have found.

However, it is a very Spring/Summer colour and I’m really taken by it. The images I have taken are wearing 2 coats of Barry M Gelly polish in Greenberry. There is no top coat added, the high shine is purely from the actual varnish its self.

The Barry M Gelly Polishes are available from Boots and Superdrug. They cost cost £3.99 each and are available now in 13 colours. At present Boots is still running its offer on 3 for 2 across beauty, which is how I got mine free with my other purchases! Definitely an offer worth taking advantage of!

Lots of Love,

Mel xxxx
