I’m very excited to share with you today my thoughts on the new Real Techniques Retractable Bronzer Brush.

Real Techniques Retractable Bronzer Brush

Real Techniques is a name most people know in the beauty/fashion blogging community. In fact, even my Mum knows who Real Techniques are! I have reviewed/mentioned a few Real Techniques brushes before (Reviews here for my previous posts) and with the release of some new brushes to their collection, plus Nicola Haste (Chapman) joining her sister Samantha Chapman in the Real Techniques company, I’m really excited. With 2 amazing MUA’s in the company, you know there is going to be some amazing new products!

Here is a little information about the Real Techniques Retractable Bronzer Brush…

  • Go mobile with our new retractable design.
    • The firm, full brush provides a smooth application for all-day perfection.
  • Give your skin a rich, healthy glow.
    • This brush is the key for creating a natural finish by expertly blending bronzer or finishing powder.

Real Techniques Retractable Bronzer Brush

I was extremely excited about the release of the Retractable Bronzer Brush, not just for its multi tasking uses either. Bronzer is something I apply daily. Whether I use it as a contour (And buff it out so its more subtle) or just to brighten up my pale skin tones, I don’t ever leave the house without it. So, I knew the Real Techniques Retractable Bronzer Brush was something I had to have in my collection.

If you already have Real Techniques brushes in your collection, you will know they are really soft and of amazing quality. I have a huge collection of brushes and there is no question that the Real Techniques ones are comparable to some of my brushes which cost more than what a set of Real Techniques would!  The retractable Bronzer Brush is no different. Its so soft on the skin, its lovely to work with.

The brush is synthetic, so its cruelty free and also (Like the other Real Technique brusher) dries at a reasonable amount of time too when you clean it. Being duo fibre it makes blending a lot easier too.

I have had no shedding with any of my Real Techniques brushes, even my older ones and feel it will probably be the case with this one. So far I have used it on a number of occasions and not had any loss what so ever.

The real question is, do you need it in your collection? Well, if you want a multi purpose brush that makes apply bronzer easier, is retractable so fits in your hand bag (Plus has its own lid, so its my hygienic too), doesn’t take up oddles of space and is also great for powder application too when you are out and about – then yes you need this brush in your collection.

I was sent this brush for review purposes, but would have purchased it anyway. In fact, I will shortly be ordering and reviewing the Retractable Kabuki brush which has also been released. I trust Real Techniques brushes, they are my most used and I find they are something I would not be without. Being reasonably priced too, they will fit into most peoples budgets.

You can purchase the Real Techniques Retractable Bronzer Brush from Boots and other online retailers from January 2014. It is priced at £12.99.

Lots of Love,
