NOTD: Illamasqua Nail Polish in Vice from the Theatre of the Nameless Collection

I should have posted this nail of the day a while ago, but the image shots of it weren’t good. I did however find I have some on my phone so am posting this today just to show you how gorgeous it is – if you haven’t seen a swatch.

Vice by Illamasqua is taken from the Theatre of the Nameless Nail Varnish Collection. There are four colours in the collection; Kink (Gorgeous Green), Taint (A strange Brown Shade), Faux Pas (Deep Purple) and Vice (See below).

Vice is a beautiful dark fuchsia purple, I think thats the best way to describe it. The finish is matt which I’m not usually a massive fan of but with this colour worked beautifully.  I found it lasted extremely well on my nails even without a top coat and I didn’t see any chipping for 3 days! With a topcoat I think you would see a good week without a chip. It has quite a thick consistency and for some I think 1 coat would be enough, but I’m an all or nothing girl and always give my nails 2 coats.

The Illamasqua nail varnishes are £13.50 and well worth their money! I will be looking into getting Kink and Faux Pas but not sure about Taint still, even swatched I don’t think it’s for me.

Have you tried any of the Theatre of the Nameless collection yet?

Lots of Love,

Mel xxxx
