Firstly let me start by saying that my expectations of this product aren’t as high as the claims make. My under eye dark circles are pretty bad and nothing EVER completely covers that (Plus these photos are taken while I have a stinking cold – hence the redder eyes). However, if it can get them to a less noticeable look, then I am happy. When I bought the Bourjois 123 Perfect CC Eye Cream I hadn’t read any reviews on it at all, it was new to me and I picked up on a whim. There are 2 shades available and I picked the lightest shade called Ivory.

The cc eye cream is a very pale pink shade and has a nice consistency. It reminded me a little of Benefit Ooh La Lift both in texture and colour, although the CC eye cream from Bourjois definitely is a little more peachy toned than that.

Its a twist up product and you only need really 1 click per eye in honesty, a little of this does go a long way. Its very silky to touch and feel moisturising on the eyes too. I noticed an instant brightening effect, although I could still see some of my dark circles they didn’t look as apparent and my eyes looked more awake. What surprised me more so was when I set my under eye with a small dusting of translucent powder it looked amazing! It didn’t sit in my creases and lasted me throughout the day.

I have tried many under eye creams and because of my eczema and psoriasis I get under my eyes it can be a problem finding something that works and also doesn’t make my conditions look worse. The Bourjois 123 Perfect CC Eye Cream is perfect. What’s even better is so far I’ve found I get the same results whether I have foundation, bb cream or nothing underneath the cc cream!

I will definitely continue using this product. Its become a daily favourite for me and at a good price too I feel its affordable for most budgets.

The Bourjois 123 Perfect CC Eye Cream costs £7.99 and is available in stores and online at Boots and Superdrug.

Lots of Love,

Mel xxxx
