On another note, do remember and be SUN SAFE and not SUN STUPID! Having got really burnt really badly this week from the sun it brings forth a reminder about being safe out in the sun. Even though I had on my Factor 50, I still managed to get burnt really bad doing the gardening, in fact 2 days on and I’m still sore! Yes, most of us know the importance of applying a sun cream when its sunny and the weather changes, but still some choose not too for whatever reason. If nothing else, it can help slow down the signs of ageing and make your skin look more youthful if you do protect if from the sun for a lot longer.
