If you are a fan of skincare and blogging then I am sure you have heard of the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser, if not why not? I reviewed the Hot Cloth Cleanser (Review Here) back in October last year and have to say I still use it to this day. That’s why I was extremely excited when those amazing people at Liz Earle sent me one of their Special Edition Rose and Lavender Cleanse and Polish, here’s my thoughts on an amazing product with a new fragrance!

Here’s a little information about why Liz Earle have teamed with the Princes Trust and the new Special Edition Rose and Lavender Cleanse and Polish….

Liz Earle Beauty Co. is delighted to have been invited to be the exclusive beauty partner for The Prince’s Trust Tomorrow campaign which launched in spring 2012. Tomorrow was created to inspire the next generation and is pairing six Trust-supported young people with iconic mentors to create a product that will be retailed nationwide to raise funds for The Prince’s Trust. Liz Earle has mentored Rebecca Taylor, 26,a young entrepreneur supported by youth charity The Prince’s Trust. The result of the collaboration is the Cleanse & Polish Rose and Lavender Prince’s Trust Special Edition – giving a much-loved beauty essential a new twist for an exceptional cause. In addition, Liz Earle Beauty Co. are donating £2.00 from every product purchased to The Prince’s Trust’s vital work, helping young people into jobs and training.

The first thing you will notice is the packaging change, being a Special Edition we are greeted with a beautiful cream bottle with a purple, fuchsia and silver decorative pattern. I have to say, I really love this design, its quite eye catching and attractive, so remember if you want the special edition, do not get the normal green packaging!!

I don’t need to tell you how amazing the original Cleanse and Polish is, if you haven’t read my previous review on their product then please click here. The Special Edition Rose and Lavender works exactly the same leaving my skin feeling like its had a deep clean, leaving my skin looking fresh and feeling soft (Yes, you can tell I’m a massive fan).

The special part about Rose and Lavender (Apart from their generous donation of £2.00 to the Princes Trust for every bottle sold) is the fragrance. Its a really fresh, inviting scent with a mild hint of rose and lavender. I found this to be extremely relaxing and perfect to apply why in the bath, with some candles (Dare I say a glass of wine?) – the lavender is definitely the stronger scent, but when you remove the cleanser with your  muslin cloth you are left with that same fresh fragrance, yet the rose seems to come through more. I was really impressed with the fragrance.

The Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser Rose and Lavender Prince’s Trust Special Edition launches on 6th September 2012 and will be available from Liz Earle Stores, the Customer Centre on 01983 813913, lizearle.com, John Lewis, and on QVC. There is only a limited number of the Special Edition Pumps, so if you do want to try it and support the Princes Trust – make sure you order early!

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Rose and Lavender Special Edition Princes Trust costs £19.75 for 150ml of product and will last you a good while too.
