FOTD: The ‘No Makeup’ Makeup
I’m not feeling too great today, maybe I’ve caught the bugger little man has (He has been poorly since yesterday). Getting up this morning I looked a greenish white colour which isn’t attractive at all. Sometimes a little colour can make you feel better, so I decided to pop a little make up on and went for the ‘no makeup’ make up look.
The camera washes the images out a bit but I’m hoping you can see the gorgeous Max Factor Creamy Blush on the top image at least
To achieve this look I used;
Liz Earle Sheer Skin Tint in Beige 02 (This is a new product from their new Colour Range launching in May)
Sleek Luminous Powder in Light 01 (This was used as a setting powder and also lightly dusted across the lids)
Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer in Light 02
Max Factor Miracle Touch Creamy Blush in Soft Pink 14 (Applied with fingers for a natural look and edges blended with Real Techniques Stippling Brush)
Soap & Glory Arch De Triumph
Avon ANEW Lash-Transforming Mascara and Serum
Carmex Lip Pot Original
Over all its a barely there, natural make up look to give my skin a little colour without being a full on face. It also makes me look less like I’m sea sick (Without any boats in sight!) which can only be a good thing at present. I still don’t look 100% but trust me in that its a vast improvement!!
Have you any ‘go to’ product you use for a natural look when you just want a good base that’s natural?
Lots of Love,
Mel xxxx
